30" Dell U3011 display arrived after all. Got lost first time somehow, dunno how do you loose 30" monstrosity, but the seller sent another one overnight. All things well in the end, now I have my system almost as I wanted it :) Games do look better on 30 incher...

After 4 days of struggle, replaced all of the watercooling components, including every single bard, tube, reservoir, coolant, rediator, radiator fans... just the pump is old. Stupid Rampage IV won't recognize more than 20GB ram... Too tired, will try to flash bios tomorrow. And then OC, which is why I bought top level hardware anyway...

Rather quick successor, but there was no other way around it, database schema has been changed and I had to update the app so that it could keep up with the central database. Improved aliases in the app as well, plus speed and memory optimization.

Next version of the android steel chart app is on the market, or google play, or whatever it is. Added to other android markets as well. Hilights include improved support for hi res devices like HTC rezound and Galaxy Nexus, fixed aliases support and so on. And we now have ~4200 alloy names with ~890 compositions.

Kershaw Tilt, for which I have been waiting for so long, and frankly, quietly gave up hopes of receiving it at all, even though I had it on backorder for a long time. Well, few days ago the dealer contacted me and offered gray tilt, instead of the original black one I had on preorder. Since the color didn't matter that much, at least it wasn't pink, I took it. One weird knife to be honest, the biggest and most expensive boxcutter design I have ever come across, but I like it somehow. Build quality is really high, definitely on custom knife level. Pix coming soon.

Good news and bad news. Good news is that Apple approved the application, it was in the appstore very briefly before I took it down. Unfortunately, even though application submission for asks who's the publisher, the name on itunes is still my apple id. In short, apple refuses to distribute the application under zviSoft name. I do not want to distribute using my apple Id either. So, until zvisoft becomes legal entity it's not gonna be published. I guesstimate 2 months or so to get zzvisoft documents from government and then Apple approval, again! Separate approval just to let zvisoft publish free apps... Very frustrating. Compared to Android this is soooo complicated.

Finally, after few months of development and testing and debugging, it's over :) Well, over for now. Submitted the app to Apple for approval. Much more complicated process compared to Android... Hopefully approval will not be an issue, but still it'll take two weeks or more...

Did some graphics stuff, fixed few issues with interface found during my own testing on the iphone and changed few small things to make app more convenient, polished. It's not like I can put updates like on Android, every day if I want to. 2 weeks is approval period from the apple. So, at best things are delayed by that much. Dunno why am I even doing all this...

Stupid power supply cord broke on my mac book, which is less than 1.5 years old. Happened on Sunday, which was the day I planned to submit the app to Apple for their "blassing". Got a new one today, but considering that I've lost all Sunday to work on the app, and during the weekdays I don't have all day free to work on the app, I guess it'll be this weekend. All coding is completed. Testing to catch bugs if any. Reworking the help file. Pretty much same functionality as in Android app, minus search integration which Apple won't allow.
